Position: Office Administrator/Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON
Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the office, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Provide administrative support to staff members
– Coordinate office activities and events
– Manage office budgets and expenses
– Maintain office files and records
– Supervise office staff
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in office administration or management
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
