Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Jingle Ball Tour.
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance our outreach, leveraging our substantial social media footprint—seven times larger than our competitors.
• Engage in cross-platform marketing, promoting all forms of audio entertainment from on-demand content to broadcast radio, digital streaming, and podcasting.
• Analyze data and audience targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance and maximize engagement.
• Create compelling content for various platforms to promote the tour and increase audience participation.
• Work closely with artists, sponsors, and partners to ensure brand alignment and impactful promotions.
• Coordinate event logistics and support on-the-ground activities during the tour.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or event planning—preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of audio platforms and trends in streaming and podcasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
