We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee all facets of our operations, including Marketing, Leasing, Training, Hiring, and Resident Relations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our community’s success and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure seamless functioning across all departments.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support overarching marketing efforts. Provide valuable input and suggestions for promotions, advertisements, and outreach strategies that enhance visibility and attract new residents.

Leasing Management: Oversee the leasing process to ensure targets are met. Train leasing staff to create exceptional experiences for prospective residents.

Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff to foster a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence.

Resident Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and promoting community engagement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in residential property management
