As the Residential Community Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our residential community. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks focused on budgeting, physical service management, advertising, leasing, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled effectively.

• Physical Service Oversight: Ensure the community is well-maintained, coordinating with service teams for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades while maintaining the highest quality of living for residents.

• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new residents, showcasing the community’s unique assets and amenities.

• Direct Marketing Activities: Execute targeted marketing campaigns, including online and offline strategies, to maintain high visibility in the local market.

• Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to keep abreast of local market trends, resident feedback, and competitor offerings, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.

• Leasing Management: Oversee the leasing process, including pricing strategies, resident screenings, and lease signings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.

• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a sense of community.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent marketing and communication abilities.
