Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of monthly market surveys and analyses, providing valuable insights to drive our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive monthly market surveys to gather data on current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze survey data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for our marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement effective advertising and marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and resident engagement.
• Ensure that all online marketing sources, including Craigslist and other platforms, are updated daily with the latest listings and promotions.
• Collaborate with the management team to promote a positive relationship between residents and management, fostering a supportive community environment.
• Regularly monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
