You will be responsible for monitoring the leasing performance of the property and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Engagement: Foster a positive community atmosphere by organizing events and activities that enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Leasing Performance Monitoring: Analyze leasing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.
• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract new residents, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with property management and leasing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of leasing strategies.
• Feedback Collection: Regularly gather and assess resident feedback to drive improvements and enhance overall living experiences.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness to present to management.
