Job description: Title: Property Marketing CoordinatorReports To: Associate Director, MarketingLocation: Corporate Office, 11 Chruch Street, Toronto, ONPosition Summary:The Property Marketing Coordinator supports CAPREIT’s marketing efforts across its national portfolio by assisting in the development, execution, and optimization of campaigns designed to drive occupancy and reduce vacancies. This is an entry-level role ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and an eagerness to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Coordinator will assist with campaign management, content creation, data reporting, and other day-to-day marketing activities and support region-specific initiatives across Canada.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Support

  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Support the execution of national and regional marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with property-specific goals and appropriate brand standards.
  • Coordinate with property teams to implement on-site marketing promotions and activities as required.

Content Creation

  • Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media content tailored to regional audiences.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, including digital ads, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Assist in coordinating visual assets with approved vendors and scheduling with operations team members.

Data Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, and cost-per-lead) to provide actionable insights for improving marketing efforts.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports for review by the Associate Director and broader marketing team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to support campaign strategy and property-specific initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing to ensure campaigns align with CAPREIT’s national marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property management teams and digital marketing specialists, to gather insights and address local marketing needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships or co-op placements welcome); experience in digital marketing or content creation is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
