Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Strategy Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various departments including Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations to drive effective sales strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing pre-sales contract strategies and ensuring seamless communication and alignment among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in sales strategy meetings with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and refine pre-sales contract strategies that align with company goals and client needs.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Management teams to structure compelling proposals, contracts, and bid documents.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance proposal effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials that showcase the value propositions and solutions offered by the organization.
• Support the sales team with necessary resources and tools to enhance efficiency and close rates.
• Facilitate training sessions for Sales and Marketing teams on effective sales strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales strategy, proposal development, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
