Job Description: Sales Strategy Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Strategy Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our sales strategy meetings, collaborating closely with the sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations departments. You will be responsible for developing pre-sales contract strategies and working in tandem with marketing, sales, and business management teams to create compelling proposals, contracts, and bid documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales strategy meetings, contributing insights and ideas to enhance the overall sales approach.
- Develop effective pre-sales contract strategies that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business management teams to structure and prepare proposals, contracts, and bid submissions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform contract development and proposal strategies.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company policies and branding guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Assist in training and supporting team members on best practices for proposal and contract creation.
- Monitor and report on the success of proposals and contracts, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, proposal writing, or contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
