Job Description: Sales Strategy Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Strategy Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our sales strategy meetings, collaborating closely with the sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations departments. You will be responsible for developing pre-sales contract strategies and working in tandem with marketing, sales, and business management teams to create compelling proposals, contracts, and bid documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales strategy meetings, contributing insights and ideas to enhance the overall sales approach.
  • Develop effective pre-sales contract strategies that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business management teams to structure and prepare proposals, contracts, and bid submissions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform contract development and proposal strategies.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company policies and branding guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development.
  • Assist in training and supporting team members on best practices for proposal and contract creation.
  • Monitor and report on the success of proposals and contracts, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy, proposal writing, or contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
