Contract Structuring: Develop innovative pre-sales contract strategies that meet business objectives and client requirements, while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Proposal Preparation: Work in conjunction with marketing, sales, and business management teams to design, structure, and enhance proposals, contracts, and bid documents that effectively communicate our value proposition.
