Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Strategy Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and possess excellent communication skills to facilitate productive strategy meetings and align efforts across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations teams during strategy meetings to develop and refine sales plans.
• Create and implement pre-sales contract strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Management teams to structure compelling proposals, contracts, and bid documents that enhance our competitive edge.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure that all documentation is compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Support the sales team by providing insights and resources that enhance proposal development and presentation effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales strategy development or project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
