We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance, Sales, and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in creating agreements that align with our internal operational standards while meeting the expectations set by external providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agreement Development:

   • Draft, review, and finalize agreements that comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
   • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all agreements meet operational standards.

2. Compliance Oversight:

   • Monitor and assess compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
   • Provide guidance on compliance-related issues to sales and marketing teams.

3. Sales Support:

   • Work closely with the sales team to provide compliant templates and agreements that facilitate business transactions.
   • Assist in the training of sales personnel on compliance-related aspects of the agreements.

4. Marketing Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that promotional materials align with compliance standards.
   • Support marketing initiatives by providing compliance insights during campaign development.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Communicate with external providers to understand their expectations and ensure agreements reflect those needs effectively.
   • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and adherence to compliance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, sales, or marketing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
