Essential Functions:

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: Develop strategic business plans to effectively promote our psychiatry products. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within key accounts.
• Digital Engagement: Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance customer interactions, streamline processes, and maximize outreach efforts. Stay updated on emerging digital trends to improve effectiveness in your role.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on strategies and execution of campaigns. Share insights from account interactions to drive improvements in product offerings and marketing tactics.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs. Use this information to refine marketing strategies and enhance product positioning.
• Training & Education: Provide training and educational resources to healthcare professionals about our psychiatry portfolio to ensure they understand the benefits and applications of our offerings.
