Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning & Account Leadership:

   • Develop and implement strategic business plans to optimize sales and market penetration.

2. Sales Execution:

   • Lead promotional activities, driving awareness and adoption of our psychiatry offerings.
   • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

3. Market Analysis:

   • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
   • Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and market demands.

4. Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
   • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Evaluation:

   • Monitor, measure, and report on sales performance against established goals.
   • Adjust strategies based on data insights and client feedback to continually drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of psychiatry and the relevant healthcare landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
