This is a hands-on role where the Art Director will be responsible for digital and print assets in need of tweaking, modulization, and conceptual development. Individuals should possess a passion for quality, problem solving, and eager to push the creative envelope.Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Reporting to ACD of Art and working alongside a copy partner
- Develop net-new innovative creative and adaptive creative for print and digital
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in internal and client presentations
- Packaging up files for production and create presentation decks
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with internal teams
- Strong enthusiasm, can-do attitude, team player, and ability to self-direct
Qualifications
- PHARMA EXPERIENCE is an added bonus
- 3+ years’ experience in a creative agency doing print and digital
- Ability to partner and collaborate with good humans
- Formal design training with an exceptional eye for layout, typography, and detail
- An overall understanding of web and print production is essential
- Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
- Understanding of Video production is an added bonus

We are seeking reliable security guards to join our organization at one of our best static sites competitively located in the downtown Hamilton area. We focus on building security, customer service and public relations. Experience is preferred, however, extensive orientation and training will be provided.
Your Challenge:
– Communicate frequently and effectively with patrons to maintain a high level of customer service, offer general assistance and flag unusual activities.
– Invite the expulsion of unauthorized persons from the facility.
– Monitor fire alarm systems with sensitivity.
– Log all entries and exits into the building that occur by all staff, visitors, contractors and patrons.
– Maintain a detailed log of all incidents, hourly radio check-ins and the security system.
– Visit the patrol area at set intervals and write reports on the conditions located during the time of inspection.
– Assume other related duties including, but not limited to, first aid or PECS certification.
– Always answer the phone in a distinctly articulate manner.
