The Programmatic Account Coordinator is responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by the Programmatic Director and client. They provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation.Aid in execution, management, and optimization of online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) Ownership of campaign insertions into Prisma management tool.Helping in billing reconciliations for their respective territory.Management the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchAssist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reportsTrafficking campaign tags into ad exchange environmentsRunning the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performanceProviding monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualize bill/pay systems when applicableQualificationsRelevant professional or internship experience, preferably in bid management, campaign management, or digital operations (or 1 year of experience in related field)Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elementsProficiency in Microsoft Office solutionsStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsAbility to organize and manage detail workAdditional InformationZenith is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage applications from all interested parties.
