We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role goes beyond basic coordination; it encompasses a comprehensive ownership of proposal development, interview facilitation, and various marketing initiatives. You will play an integral part in shaping our presence in the industry through effective communication and strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Management: Lead the development and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Interview Coordination: Organize and oversee interviews, collaborating with internal teams to identify candidate qualifications and fit for our projects.
• Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead marketing campaigns and initiatives, working closely with Marketing Coordinators and the Communications Coordinator to enhance the company’s brand visibility and outreach.
• Event Management: Take charge of tradeshow management, coordinating logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials to ensure a successful presence at industry events.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments to align marketing strategies with upcoming proposals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in proposal writing, project coordination, or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software is a plus.
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
