Description:
Wall Industries is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in New Jersey. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support and drive business objectives
– Oversee supplier evaluation, selection, and management
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain supply chain KPIs
– Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
– Lead cross-functional teams in implementing supply chain initiatives
– Monitor supplier performance and manage supply chain risk
– Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
– Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on procurement and planning
– Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software
– APICS or CSCP certification preferred
