Job Type: Freelance to start, potential to go permanentWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Manager to oversee and optimize our real estate client’s YouTube and Instagram channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content scheduling, optimization, engagement, and strategy development to increase the client’s online presence and drive engagement in the real estate market.Responsibilities:– Schedule and post edited videos while optimizing titles, subjects, thumbnails, and keywords
– Create Reels/Shorts from long-form content to highlight key real estate trends and properties
– Conduct keyword research and optimization for all videos to improve visibility
– Develop and maintain a custom Excel content calendar for regular and strategic content posting.
– Manage YouTube advertising, including cross-posting from other platforms or running YouTube ads
– Engage with the community by replying to comments, DMs, and interacting with other creators
– Brainstorm new content ideas and editing styles to enhance the channel’s appeal within the market
– Improve hashtag usage and copywriting to reach potential clients and investors, while implementing best practices to create more engaging story postsRequirements:– 1-2 years managing YouTube and Instagram channels with strong video editing and content creation skills
– Experience in social media advertising, including targeted ads and cross-posting
– Creative with the ability to develop and implement new content ideas and editing styles
– Proficient in analyzing social media metrics and refining strategies
– Portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
– Post-secondary degree or diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field
