The Digital Measurement Team at Questrade is looking for a data-driven professional to support team lead on conversion rate optimization, and personalization on the site, and audience creation to support the overall growth of the business.

The role will be responsible for tasks including advanced analysis, reporting, personalization and A/B testing while contributing to strategic planning and initiatives.

• Analysis & Reporting

• Extract actionable insights from the data at all levels and be able distill the technical language from these insights to translate the findings into accessible, engaging language, data visualizations, and other forms of presentation for our leadership and non-technical teams to understand and apply
• Thoroughly verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
• Design and develop reports and analytical dashboards in PowerBI and Looker Studio

• Personalization & Optimization

• Conduct analysis for websites and conversion funnel and leverage digital analytics tools and testing tools to deliver relevant, actionable, and insightful recommendations to shape future site development and to inform digital marketing strategies. Tools include, but are not limited to: Google Analytics 4, Adobe Target, and ClickTale/Contentsquare
• Collaborate with traffic generation teams to optimize each conversion path
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan
• Partner closely with product design, content, social media and paid media teams to test and improve content, creative, copy and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization
• Analyze and present testing results in an engaging way with actionable recommendations that can be applied to continuously improve the user experience and site performance

• Audience Solution:

• Create new audiences, either in response to a business requirement, or by proactively identifying new opportunities to improve overall acquisition performance
• Design and plan tests to evaluate and improve audience performance

• At least 3 years enterprise web analytics experience or data analytics experience
• Proven experience in designing and building interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Power BI (or other BI tools)
• Understanding of analytics with hands on experience in Google Analytics (UA & GA4)
• Knowledge in digital marketing channels
• Familiar with programming language like SQL and Python
• Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with and present information to relevant stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities

Additional kudos if you have…

• Experience with web testing platforms (Adobe Target/Google Optimize), and heat mapping & session replay tools
• Experience with CDP, Google Big Query
• Knowledge in data modeling
