Position Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand and ensuring our message resonates with consumers and partners alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote DFA’s values and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral that aligns with our mission.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing initiatives.
• Organize and manage promotional events and campaign activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Engage with farmers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our message is accurately conveyed and to gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the agricultural or food industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tell compelling stories.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
