Logistics Coordinator

Our company is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics and coordination for our operations. This will include planning and executing shipments, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effective transportation
– Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to arrange shipping and delivery of goods
– Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet customer demand
– Resolve any issues or delays with shipments and communicate with all parties involved
– Maintain accurate records of all shipments and track their progress
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
– Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements
– Monitor and analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
– Proven experience in logistics coordination and supply chain management
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
– Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
