5-8 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition in a corporate setting or in a freelance capacity.A strong passion for learning & development and career coaching.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Participate in weekly online learning & development sessionsCultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support providedLearn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
