Job description: The job involves working closely with various departments within the company to prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals for potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. They will collaborate with the Operations, Proposals, Estimating, Marketing, and Contracts staff to gather all necessary information and ensure that the proposal meets the client’s requirements. The role also requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as strong organizational and project management skills. Previous experience in proposal preparation or a related field is highly preferred.
