We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals for the roles of Field Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers, and Field Marketing Specialists. In this multifaceted position, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving marketing objectives within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Provide comprehensive service to customers, ensuring they receive in-depth information on our products and programs.
• Market Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to implement marketing initiatives and promote product awareness within the territory.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets; analyze trends and insights to optimize strategies and ensure marketing objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, clinical support, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with territory management and CRM software is a plus.
