Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Inside Sales Collaboration Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with both the Inside Sales team and the Marketing group to enhance our messaging and develop collateral materials that effectively support our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Messaging: Partner with the Inside Sales team to understand customer pain points and insights to refine sales messaging that resonates with our target audience.

• Collateral Development: Work with the Marketing group to create, update, and improve promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content that empower the Inside Sales team to achieve their goals.

• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape that inform our messaging strategies and collateral development.

• Training and Support: Assist in training the Inside Sales team on new materials and messaging to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients.

• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback process to continuously gather input from the Inside Sales team on the effectiveness of messaging and materials, enabling ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in sales support or marketing coordination, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems.
