Job Description: Inside Sales and Marketing Collaboration Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team as a Collaboration Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing group to enhance and refine our messaging and collateral materials. Your efforts will be instrumental in supporting sales initiatives and driving engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to understand customer needs and sales strategies.
• Work alongside the Marketing group to develop and refine messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Assist in the creation of high-quality collateral materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged in messaging strategies.
• Gather feedback from the sales team on the effectiveness of existing materials and suggest enhancements.
• Develop and maintain an organized repository of marketing assets for easy access by the sales team.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing materials on sales performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and creative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful content.
