Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Collaboration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team and Marketing group to enhance our messaging and develop effective collateral materials that support our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to understand their needs and refine messaging that resonates with target customers.
• Partner with the Marketing group to create, update, and optimize sales collateral, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences and industry trends, informing the development of compelling sales materials.
• Assist in the design and production of presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales and marketing platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales collateral and messaging, making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Support training initiatives for Inside Sales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize collateral effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales support or marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
