Job Title: Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Inside Sales team and Marketing group to refine messaging and develop compelling collateral materials that effectively support our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Messaging: Work alongside the Inside Sales team to understand customer needs and align messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Collateral Development: Create and refine brochures, presentations, and other sales materials to ensure they effectively communicate our value proposition and support sales efforts.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from the Inside Sales team to continuously improve marketing materials and messaging strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor messaging, and customer insights to inform content development.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns that align with sales goals, ensuring all messaging is consistent and targeted.
• Training and Support: Provide the Inside Sales team with training and resources to effectively use marketing materials in their sales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing or sales support role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
