Job Description: Inside Sales and Marketing Collaboration Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Marketing Collaboration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team and the Marketing group to fine-tune messaging and develop collateral materials that effectively support our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring messaging aligns with target audiences.
• Work alongside the Marketing group to create and refine promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, enabling tailored messaging that resonates with potential clients.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and sales support materials.
• Ensure all messaging is consistent with our brand voice and supports overall marketing strategies.
• Analyze the performance of sales collateral and messaging, providing recommendations for improvements based on feedback and results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts, optimizing communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, design software).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for driving sales success.
