• Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and meet targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continually position our offerings as the leading choice in digital advertising and marketing solutions.
• Training & Development: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

Qualifications:
