Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance their skills and drive success.
• Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the commercial real estate market and expand our client base in digital advertising and marketing.
