Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our workflows are monitored and followed up effectively, contributing to the success of our sales and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, providing robust support in the development and execution of our sales strategies and community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Monitoring: Ensure that all sales and marketing workflows are tracked effectively, facilitating timely follow-ups and optimizing processes.
• Collaboration: Work with the Regional Director to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Community Strategy: Assist in formulating and launching community engagement strategies that align with marketing objectives.
• Financial Support: Provide financial insights and support to the regional team, assisting with budget management and resource allocation.
• Reporting: Generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a regional capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools.
