We are seeking a highly motivated Franchise Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our franchise operations by coordinating training programs and marketing strategies tailored for our Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchising Support: Assist in the development and execution of franchise programs to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all locations.

• Real Estate Coordination: Collaborate with real estate teams to identify and evaluate potential franchise locations, supporting Team Leaders in site selection and negotiations.

• Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Team Leaders, focusing on operational best practices, customer service excellence, and brand standards.

• Marketing Strategies: Develop and deploy effective marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing department, ensuring that Team Leaders have the tools and resources needed to effectively promote their franchises.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal support teams, providing them with the necessary feedback and insights from Team Leaders to enhance program efficacy and support resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in franchising, real estate, or training roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
