Job Description: Finance and Revenue Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Revenue Manager to oversee all financial operations related to revenue generation, expense management, and payroll processing. This role is crucial for ensuring the organization’s financial health and maximizing profitability while supporting ongoing sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Management:

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance accounts receivable collection processes.
    • Ensure accurate billing and timely follow-up on payments from clients and payors.
    • Monitor sales revenue to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
  2. Expense Oversight:

    • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all organizational expenses.
    • Prepare and review expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce unnecessary expenditures.
  3. Payroll Administration:

    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including compliance with government regulations.
    • Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Prepare payroll reports for management review and analysis.
  4. Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

    • Support the sales and marketing teams by providing financial insights and data to inform pricing strategies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing effectiveness.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
  5. Market Analysis:

    • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Analyze data to assess market demands and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Report findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  6. Occupancy and Efficiency Optimization:

    • Track occupancy rates and analyze payor mix efficiency to maximize revenue potential.
    • Develop strategies to enhance occupancy rates and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to implement best practices for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of revenue cycle management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
