Job Description: RevPAR Performance Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven RevPAR Performance Manager to spearhead our initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue per available room (RevPAR) across multiple properties and regions. This role will play a critical part in implementing strategic plans to integrate and align functionalities, particularly within the Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams, to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RevPAR Strategy Development: Establish clear RevPAR targets and develop innovative strategies to achieve and surpass these goals across various properties.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Implement and manage plans to ensure effective collaboration between the Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability to drive performance improvements.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the establishment of the annual budget and forecasts for multiple properties and regions. Analyze historical performance data to inform financial planning and enable accurate projections.

  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess performance metrics related to RevPAR and other key performance indicators. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between departments, facilitating communication and alignment on goals and objectives.

  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to educate teams on best practices related to revenue management, marketing strategies, and sales techniques, ensuring all staff are equipped to contribute to RevPAR goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in revenue management systems and Microsoft Excel.
