Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Management Specialist to enhance our RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) targets through strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration. This role is critical in implementing comprehensive strategies to align Marketing, Sales, and other teams to optimize our organizational performance in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:

RevPAR Optimization: Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet and exceed RevPAR targets across multiple properties and regions.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate seamless integration and alignment among Marketing, Sales, and other functional teams to enhance overall performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Establish, manage, and monitor the annual budget and forecasts for various properties, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Performance Analysis: Analyze market trends and performance metrics, providing insights to drive growth and strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with leadership to create and execute plans that maximize revenue potential and improve operational efficiency.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
