Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve close collaboration with the Inside Sales team and the Marketing group to refine and enhance messaging and collateral materials that effectively support our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Inside Sales team to understand their needs and challenges in the field. Partner with the Marketing group to ensure our messaging aligns with our overall brand strategy.

• Message Development: Fine-tune marketing messages to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across all platforms. Adapt messaging for various audience segments to maximize impact.

• Collateral Material Support: Create and update sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. Ensure that all materials are both visually appealing and informative.

• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use this information to inform messaging strategies and collateral development.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales materials. Gather feedback from the Inside Sales team and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
