Job Description: Marketing and Inside Sales Collaboration Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Inside Sales Collaboration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between the Inside Sales team and the Marketing group, working collaboratively to refine messaging and develop impactful collateral materials that enhance our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Development: Partner with the Inside Sales team to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that marketing materials are tailored to effectively support their sales strategies.

• Messaging Optimization: Work closely with the Marketing group to fine-tune messaging that resonates with target audiences, aligns with brand guidelines, and addresses customer pain points.

• Collateral Creation: Assist in the design and production of sales collateral materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content that effectively communicates our value proposition.

• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights from the sales team regarding the effectiveness of marketing materials and make necessary adjustments.

• Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices, ensuring our messaging remains relevant and compelling.

• Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the Inside Sales team on new marketing initiatives, tools, and content, empowering them to leverage these resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems.
• Creative mindset with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
