Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC), to optimize sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with APC and ADC teams to develop and refine sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in sales management to ensure consistent achievement of quotas and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
