Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC). This role is instrumental in optimizing sales strategies and enhancing overall performance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives, working in partnership with APC and ADC.
• Drive performance improvements and sales optimization through data analysis and market insights.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy across teams.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and training to cultivate high-performing sales professionals.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that support sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong background in marketing preferred to effectively align sales and promotional strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
