Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in sales management and marketing, particularly within the aesthetic pharmaceuticals sector. This role involves collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC), to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with APCs and ADCs to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, presenting findings to stakeholders and identifying areas for development.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales management experience with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
• Experience in marketing, particularly in the healthcare or aesthetic industries, is preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
