The RoleThe Power Technique aftermarket service and parts business in Canada reaches the market via multiple channels, including authorized dealers OEMs, national accounts, and end users. This aftermarket Regional Sales Manager position will further develop the aftermarket business in Canada, will report to the Regional Vice President, and will be fully remote.In the role as Regional Sales Manager – Aftermarket, you will collaborate with the Regional Vice President, Service Center Manager(s), Business Line Manager – Aftermarket, and Key Account Managers to fully understand and serve the customers’ needs. What we expect of you?To be successful in this position, you will need at least 3 years of industrial equipment sales or aftermarket sales experience, with a proven record of success in acheiving sustained, profitable sales growth and exceptional customer satisfaction. Experience with portable construction and infrastructure related equipment will be beneficial.You will also:

  • Develop close customer relationships to grow the aftermarket business as a percentage of total sales at all existing channel partners while improving underperforming accounts.
  • Visit channel partners to establish relationships at all levels of the organizations, with a focus on service and aftermarket managers.
  • Promote service products to channel partners to grow repair, rebuild, and regular maintenance business for the service center(s).
  • Collaborate with the Service Center Manager(s) and coordinate efforts to match workload at the service center. Manage assigned service leads to develop parts and service business.
  • Develop maintenance programs to serve local customer needs, with the goal of implementing service agreement with customers.
  • Maintain a high level of service and parts knowledge with the capacity to develop an understanding of our business culture. Work to understand, teach, and utilize information and communication systems and tools, i.e. internal customer support systems, warranty submission, CRM, SAP, etc.
  • French language fluency will be highly beneficial.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of medical laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
