Job Description: Sales and Implementation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on driving strategic sales initiatives and implementing innovative campaigns in partnership with our marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and collaboration skills to help us penetrate core growth markets and sectors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Management:

   • Lead the sales and implementation process to successfully convert leads into satisfied customers.
   • Develop and deploy effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.

2. Campaign Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to innovate and execute campaigns aimed at driving demand in strategic growth sectors.
   • Analyze campaign performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Market Identification:

   • Work closely with marketing to identify emerging trends and opportunities in core growth markets.
   • Conduct research to ensure alignment of sales tactics with market needs.

4. Event Support:

   • Identify and support industry trade show events and networking opportunities.
   • Help in the planning and execution of trade show participation, including booth setup, materials preparation, and follow-ups.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
   • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
