We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales, Marketing, and Global Education & Training Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the continuous education and training of all sales and clinical field personnel. Your focus will be on enhancing their knowledge and skills to better understand our product offerings, market strategies, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement Training Programs: Design and execute comprehensive training programs that cover sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify knowledge gaps and create tailored training resources to support their ongoing development.

• Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and sales performance, ensuring that all training materials are relevant and impactful.

• Feedback & Evaluation: Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve and adapt training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales and clinical teams.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align educational materials with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Global Outreach: Manage global training initiatives, adapting materials to meet the cultural and regional needs of diverse markets.

• Performance Metrics: Analyze training outcomes and sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training, clinical education, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and globally.
• Proficient in using technology for training delivery and tracking.
