Job Description: Stakeholder Management and Training Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Stakeholder Management and Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders, including NSM, RSD, SD, AD Training, and Marketing, to ensure effective collaboration and communication across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training and marketing communication plans that address strengths and gaps in our offerings, enabling us to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to foster collaboration and alignment on business objectives.

  • Training Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.

  • Marketing Communication: Develop an integrated marketing communication plan that effectively conveys training initiatives, promotes stakeholder engagement, and highlights areas of strength and improvement.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, strengths, and gaps, providing insights to inform training and marketing strategies.

  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and marketing communications, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and training teams to ensure a unified approach to stakeholder communication and training delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, training coordination, or marketing communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
