Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee our builder’s state or regional operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership abilities, sales strategy expertise, and operations management skills. This role is crucial in driving growth, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
