Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our builder’s state or regional operations. This role is essential for driving growth, optimizing efficiency, and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry to implement effective sales strategies and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
