Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the state or regional operations of our thriving building company. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in sales, operations management, and marketing to drive improvements and ensure exceptional service delivery across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture by providing direct feedback, guidance, and in-person training to team members. Cultivate an environment that promotes morale and encourages professional growth.

• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to optimize revenue generation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Implement best practices in operations management to enhance productivity and service quality.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and brand presence, leveraging both digital platforms and traditional marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition.

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational performance metrics and sales data to inform decision-making and strategize for continuous improvement.
