We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the builder’s state or regional operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading a team dedicated to achieving high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high morale.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets, maximizing revenue and market penetration.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to company standards and optimize workflow efficiency.
